Members of the Black Clergy of Philadelphia and Vicinity announce details of free health fair at news conference, held at First African Baptist church,1608 Christian Street in South Philadelphia today.
These events are free and open to the public and begin this Saturday, June 9, with information and presentations provided by the Einstein Healthcare Network and Screenings provided by Mercy Life and Mercy Home Health.  The fairs begin this Saturday at First African Baptist, located at 1608 Christian Street (9-12 Noon) and continue on the 16th (Tenth Memorial (1328 North 19th St.); the 23rd at Resurrection Baptist (5401 Lansdowne Ave) and Mt Zion Baptist of Germantown (41 West Rittenhouse St); and June 30th (Greater Faith Baptist, 4301 Baring St), Mt. Zion Baptist of Holmesburg (8101 Erdick Street) and Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ (6401 Ogontz Avenue).  This series will then culminate in a Healthcare Matters Extravaganza on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
